Liv-ay Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your Liv-ay account and the associated personal information and service data, you may request deletion using the procedure below. This page details the account deletion process referenced in Article 5 (Retention Period) and Article 7 (User Rights) of our Privacy Policy.
1. How to Request Deletion
Please request account deletion by email.
Subject: [Liv-ay] Account Deletion Request
Please include the following in your message to help us verify your identity and process the request quickly:
- The email address or phone number used at sign-up
- Your in-service nickname (username)
- If you signed up via social login (Google/Apple), the linked account information
2. Processing Procedure and Timeline
- Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity based on the information above.
- Once identity is verified, your account and personal information will be destroyed after a 24-hour grace period (the same standard set out in Article 5 of the Privacy Policy).
- You may withdraw your request during the grace period by contacting the same email address.
- Once destruction is complete, we will notify you at the email address you used to submit the request.
3. What Gets Deleted
Once account deletion is complete, the following information is destroyed in an unrecoverable manner.
- Sign-up information: email address, phone number, linked social account information, nickname
- Identity verification records: email/phone verification records, adult verification status
- Service usage records: play records, created/registered content, currency transaction history, device identifier, access logs
- Creator settlement information: registered payout account and related payment data
Any remaining coins, Gems, or cash balance are forfeited upon account deletion and cannot be recovered (Terms of Service, Article 6). Account deletion is irreversible, so please request carefully.
4. Information Retained Under Applicable Law
The following information is retained separately for the periods required by applicable law before being destroyed, and is not used for any other purpose.
